1. In the conventional LED diode a significant amount of heat is delivered through the front of the diode.
2. In the diode type Flip Chip has been designed to provide most of the heat through the base which allows heat to be delivered more effectively.
The conventional diode indicates a high heat resistance due to the low thermal conductivity of the sapphire base. The significant amounts of heat are
emitted from the active layer through the front of the diode, hermetic material and then diffused into the air. The Flip Chip Led technological diode is projected on the thermo conductive base with metal contacts to create a better way to provide the most
of heat through the base. Thanks to this solution, the light source with FLIP CHIP LED technology is much fresher.
